Hazel is 6. She loves to make things. More than anything else. She found a little Christmas Craft book in our pile of Christmas books and decided to make some of the items in the book. So we took a trip to Hobby Lobby and bought all the necessary supplies. And Hazel has happily spent her time making ornaments for her own little Christmas tree in her room. Nothing says happiness at the holidays for a little girl more than glitter glue, sparkley pipe cleaners, and mini pom poms!

Kids love crafts - but I don't remember "making things" when I was a kid. Maybe we did and I forgot?
